• We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties
• We do not track your precise location
• We do not build advertising profiles

Data Stored on Your Device

Your listening history, saved playlists, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is used to personalize your experience within the app only.

Music Streaming

When you play music, requests are sent to our content infrastructure to stream audio. These requests include standard network information (IP address) but do not include personal identifiers or be linked to your identity.

Children's Privacy

Vibe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes meaningfully, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Vibe after any change constitutes acceptance.
